It's been a while since my last post. Havn't been able to take many photos due to exams and assignments and whatnot. I bought a new Sigma 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM because I miss the shallow depth of field a F1.4 makes and I heard Sigma had nice creamy bokeh. Then I hear that a new 35mm F1.4 is being released...D'oh!
So far, I found it to be quite weighty but the images are pretty nice. It has issues with focusing but I hope to get used to it and learn to manual focus.
I took the lens out one day to take some photos of the Christmas pageant and the Korean Festival. Unfortunately, I missed the pageant but managed to get a few shots.

I'll be heading back to Darwin, then Malaysia after exams. Can't wait to take more photos!
